While Prince Harry played and interacted with the Brazilians in Rio de Janeiro this weekend, his brother and second in line of succession to the throne was still target of protests in Argentina.
The arrival of Prince William to the Malvinas Islands (or Falkland Islands, for the British), in early February, drew protests from a group in downtown Buenos Aires and in front of the embassy of the United Kingdom, in the Recoleta district.

"Go home William," they wrote on the walls of the city center. With flags and banners in front of the embassy, they also rejected the prince's presence on the archipelago in the South Atlantic.
Royal Air Force pilot, William arrived on the islands amid growing tension between Argentina and the United Kingdom and a few days of April 2, which marks the 30th anniversary of the invasion of Argentine troops in the archipelago in 1982. The war ended with the defeat Argentina just over two months later in June of that year.
